On the afternoon of November 3, the signing ceremony of Guangbo Group (Shangrao) industrial park project settled in Hengfeng was held in Hengfeng county govenment. Group leaders like President Wang Liping and general manager Wang Junping, leaders of Hengfeng county Wu Xuance, Zhang Yike, Hou Xiaoxian as well as responsible comrades of relevant departments and town and village (street, field, office) attended the signing ceremony.

President Wang Liping pointed out when addressed, Shangrao city and Hengfeng county, have a long history and deep culture, abundant resources, convenient transportation, full of talents and great potential for development. Shangrao city and Hengfeng county's flexible policy and social harmony is a hot spot for investors.

President Wang Liping said, Shangrao city Hengfeng county and Guangbo Group, on the principle of complementary advantages, scientific investment and friendly cooperation, have decided to invest Guangbo (Hengfeng) industrial park, will create it into  environment-friendly modern integrated industrial park like digital printing industry, environment-friendly stationery industry. The investment budget is one billion yuan RMB. After the Park is completed, the annual sales is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan RMB, and can provide over 3000 jobs.

President Wang Liping pointed out at last, the signing of Guangbo (Hengfeng) industrial park project agreement is the first step of friendly cooperation. There's much room for us to cooperate in the future. I believe, under the great support of leaders of Shangrao city and Hengfeng county, as well as people from all walks of life, by our joint effort, our cooperation will be a full success.

Wu Xuance, secretary of Hengfeng county Party committee, also gave a warm speech. On behalf of county Party committee, County People's Congress, county government, county political consultative conference and entire county people, he showed warm welcome to the coming of Zhejiang Guangbo Group President Wang Liping and his group, extended warm congratulations to the signing of project.

Wu Xuance said, Zhejiang Guangbo Group is a modern enterprise group which combined with light industrial stationery, new material electron, real estate, investment and trade. Now it has 7000 employees. It's one of top 500 private enterprises in China, national high-tech enterprises and China's most competitive stationery suppliers. Products are exported to over 100 countries and regions in Europe, America and Southeast Asia. The signing of this project will effectively boost the industrial upgrading of Hengfeng industrial park, further enhance its core competitiveness,  have a positive effect on Hengfeng economic society leap-forward development. 

Wu Xuance emphasized, each unit of Hengfeng county should proceed from the overall situation, care and concern about project construction and enterprise development, actively solve various problems might encountered in engineering construction, enterprise employment and manufacturing process, work hard to provide  quality and efficient, whole barrier-free service for clients, promote project start early, construct early and launched early.

Before the signing ceremony, accompanied by leaders of Hengfeng county like Wu Xuance, President Wang Liping and his group went to Shangrao city Longtan Lake comprehensive rectification project, Three Rivers' Mouth and Planning Exhibition Hall, as well as Hengfeng county Tianshan International Grand Hotel and enterprise site on-site tours.
